The RE/MAX Community Grant Chest, managed by the Stanwood Camano Area Foundation (SCAF), was created in 2018 to provide funding to local nonprofit organizations doing vital work in the Stanwood-Camano Community.
On August 17th, 2024 the second annual Funk & Junk Festival was held at the Stanwood-Camano Community Fairgrounds. Thanks to our wonderful community, contributors and partnership with the Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation we have raised $7,500 for community grants, which are essential for our local non-profits as a resource for special projects and ongoing initiatives.
All proceeds from this event go toward replenishing our grant chest for the following year.
